Return and Refund Policy
At ShmFlow, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-printed products, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at anas@anassiham.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We’re happy to assist with exchanges for eligible items. Simply follow the same return process, and once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items
- Undergarments or intimate apparel
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at anas@anassiham.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue for faster resolution.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed.
